Hypermemo Oy was established in 2009 and had a new start in 2014 after invention of the fundamentally novel CO2 laser. In 2015 our R&D project got financial support from the Finnish Research and Innovation Funding Agency TEKES (currently “Business Finland”). In 2018 the company has received an SME Instrument grant, stepping into the Champions League of SMEs, according to the European Commission’s terminology. Finally, in 2020 Hypermemo raised the highly competed EIC Accelerator funding to complete the product development and make market entry.
All our R&D and product development activities are done in Joensuu, Finland.
